This site is published on a personal, non-professional basis by Ruben Gariazzo.

Under French law (article 6-III of law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for confidence in the digital economy), an individual publisher acting in a non-professional capacity is permitted to withhold their personal address from public disclosure.

Hosting

This site is hosted by GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (github.com), via the GitHub Pages service. The host may collect technical connection data (including IP addresses) as part of its infrastructure's normal operation; see GitHub's privacy statement.

Third-party resources

Every page on this site loads only from GitHub Pages, with one exception: the drone rescue game (on its project page) loads the Pyodide runtime (CPython compiled to WebAssembly) from the public CDN cdn.jsdelivr.net, operated by Volentio JSD Limited, so the Python script shown on that page can actually run in your browser. As with any file fetched from a third-party server, this exposes your browser's usual technical connection data (including your IP address) to that CDN; see jsDelivr's privacy policy for details; it states it uses no cookies and does not track individual users. This only happens if you choose to open and use that specific game; no other page makes any request outside GitHub Pages.

Intellectual property

Content on this site is the publisher's own work, except for projects carried out as a group, in a school or club setting, which are the result of collective work: Icarus (a five-person team within EPF Astronomie), the V2 jewelry box (a 4-person group), the telescopic watering can (a 6-person group), the ReVolt business plan (a 4-person group), and the drone rescue game (built with a partner). For these projects, the diagrams, photographs, CAD models, and reports shown may be the joint work of several people; only their presentation on this site is the publisher's own. Teammates' names, where known, are credited on the corresponding project pages. This content may not be reused without the prior permission of all rights holders concerned.

Personal data

This site sets no non-essential cookies and collects no personal data through any form. It does use your browser's local storage (localStorage/sessionStorage) for two purely functional purposes, neither ever transmitted anywhere: remembering whether the homepage's one-time intro animation has already played during the current browsing session, and keeping score for an optional pixel-invader mini-game that appears while browsing. Neither stores any personal or identifying information, and both can be cleared at any time through your browser's own site-data settings. The contact methods offered are a mail link (mailto:), which opens your own email client, and a link to an external LinkedIn profile; no data is transmitted to or stored by the site itself via these links.
