Scope

Simply reading the content on this site (the projects, their write-ups, galleries, and downloads) is not subject to any terms beyond ordinary copyright (see the Legal notice). These terms apply specifically to the site's two interactive features, described below.

The interactive features

Drone rescue game (on the drone rescue game project page): runs the actual Python script shown on that page, executed entirely in your browser via Pyodide (CPython compiled to WebAssembly), loaded from a public CDN. Nothing you type into it is sent to this site or stored anywhere beyond your current browser tab; it resets the moment you leave or reload the page.

Invader mini-game (appears while browsing any page): small pixel sprites you can click for points, with an occasional reward at 20 points. Your score is kept in your browser's local storage only, never transmitted anywhere (see the Legal notice for exactly what's stored).

No warranty

Both features are provided for entertainment only, "as is," with no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or freedom from bugs. They may be changed, interrupted, or removed at any time without notice, and neither is required to use or understand any of the site's actual content.

Acceptable use

Use these features for their intended purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt them, automate abusive interaction with them, or use the drone rescue game's in-browser Python execution for anything beyond playing the game as presented.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for any damage arising from the use of these optional features.

Applicable law

French law applies. In the event of a dispute, French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
